[redacted] ***,In response to the original complaint letter (615):Callcentric Resolution: In reviewing this matter, we were able to identify that the only reason the customer ( [redacted] ***) was continuing to be billed for our EServices was because we had never received a formal request from him to cancel his account Please note that our policy regarding account cancellations is clearly detailed within our Terms of Service which can be reviewed at any time via the following pageon our website: [redacted] With that said, it is our goal to ensure that ALL of our customers are satisfied With this in mind, we contacted the customer ( [redacted] ***) via phone (one day after receiving this complaint) to review this matter and address any questions/concerns that he had On our call with [redacted] we reviewed our cancellation policies/procedures and addressed his questions/concerns In effort to ensure that this matter was resolved to his satisfaction, Callcentric has agreed to provide [redacted] with a refund of “$7.50” to offset all of the charges in question as it appears that he was unaware that his account had stayed open due to the fact that we had not received a formal cancellation request from him.Please let me know if either the NY Revdex.com or the customer ( [redacted] ***) have any questions/concerns in relation to how this matter has been addressed and I will be happy to re-review if needed.Thank you, [redacted]

After being lied to by a large telecom, I decided to ditch the land line. I have been a happy customer for at least eight years. The service is outstanding. The best thing about it is being able to have multiple phone numbers, numerous features, and reliability for less than $20 per month. With Callcentric I am in complete control of my privacy. I am not nickel and dimed to death.
I guarantee your local phone company does not offer the features Callcentric does. Want an unpublished number? They charge extra. Want caller id, three way calling, anonymous call rejection? Extra, extra, and extra. Want your information to remain private? Hell no!
I recommend Callcentric to all of my friends and family. The only time my service has been interrupted has been during electrical or ISP service outages and when hurricane Sandy devastated New York. Although support is via Web only, they respond to feedback and problems very quickly.

Review: Their phone service did not work so I went back to my old phone company but they keep trying to charge my credit card every month , SCAM!!!!!!Desired Settlement: Quit trying to charge my credit card I don't want anything to do with these people.
