Review: This company installed a heat pump/air conditioning unit in my rental home. The installation was incomplete resulting in extremely high electric bills for two months until they came back and finished the installation. After calling them and informing them of the faulty installation, they refused me any relief on the billDesired Settlement: The home owner paid for the installation, but I incurred the 800 dollar electric bill. Hi this is callison Electric responding to the complaint from Tennant that lives at [redacted]. Callison Electric did not do work for the Tennant, callison Electric did work for [redacted]. The property manager plus the home owner has made serval attempts to talk to the tenant they did talk to him, but he continued not leave door unlocked. Also, this was a urgent matter because his oil furnace went out and callison electric went over to put in a temporary heat pump until callison Electric could get there to install duct work!
