Review: I purchased insurance for my car last year and it was due every 25th of the month... I would pay my insurance no later then the 15th of every month. I got in a car accident and when I reported it to my insurance they said my deductible was $1000, and I asked why? they said I will find out and then they said that's what the insurance is charging you... I know Global insurance is a broker so I called the actual insurance and they said since my payment was late they cancelled my policy and a new one was reinstated.. Ive never been late on my insurance payment and they were just playing the blame game... I ended up paying the $1000 down payment.. Horrible customer service..Desired Settlement: I would like to get my extra $500 that I payed extra because they were unorganized and maid my policy get reinstated

Dear Sirs;

Attached please find response to the above complaint. The above named customer was an insured with our brokerage since approximately 2009. They were repeatedly late on payments during all their tenure with policies underwritten with our carriers needing to at least re-write their policies on 6-7 occasions. Their claims of additional monies owed to them are misconstrued as they always had higher deductibles hence lower monthly payments and still didn't make their payment on time.
