Hi,Customer contacted us regarding headrest issues for the front and rear, upon customer contact we proceed to send customer replacement pieces.Customer later came back and stated the covers still did not fitOur designers went ahead and perform a test fit on a similar vehicleA second set of replacement seat covers was shipped, customer contacted us stated rear headrest covers fit but was missing front tracking# was check and weight about lbs which is correct for just headrest replacements.Customer stated headrest where to tight and was missing about 1", our designers went ahead and added 1" customer stated was missing.We shipped the seat covers and now customer is stating they are to big.Resolutions:We will be making a new set of headrest covers for the customer and will do a test fit on the vehicle before shipping along with installation images of the product.Replacements will be shipping in 5-business days

Review: We ordered Caltrend seat covers from Car iD and were sent items that do not fit our car. We requested to return the item to the shipper and manufacturer and neither has accepted responsibility for shipping the wrong item and neither will send a full refund. We received the items on Sept. 29 and requested a return on October 4, 2014 and repeatedly called, emailed and complained and still have no return and no refund. They are responsible for sending the wrong, useless products and the manufacturer should back their product and take returns if their distributors are sending customers the wrong seat covers that do not fit.Desired Settlement: Return and FULL REFUND asap.

Review: In November of 2015, I ordered seat covers for my 2015 Chevy Trax as a Christmas gift. Upon receiving them, the covers for the seats fit both rows fine. However, the headrest and armrest covers were far too small.

I was sent replacement headrest covers in January 2016 for both rows and they were again too small. After measuring them, I found that they were within a quarter inch of the original covers that were several inches too small. I contacted CalTrend and they stated that they would send replacements (again) and test fit them on an actual vehicle prior to sending them out.

I received my second set of replacement headrest covers in February 2016. This shipment only contained replacement headrest covers for the rear row headrests. These actually fit my vehicle. When I called to ask about the front row covers, the representative insisted that the entire order had shipped when in fact, only half of what was listed on the packing slip was contained in the box. I was then told that new covers (for my front row seats) would be made again, and test fit on an actual vehicle prior to shipping.

In March 2016, I received another set of replacement front row headrests. When I tried to put them on my vehicle, they were again several inches too small. These were supposedly test fit on a vehicle. I could not pull them more than half way down the body of the headrest. There is no way that these were test fit. I contacted CalTrend and was told again that new covers would be made and test fit on an actual vehicle.

While I appreciate that CalTrend has been trying to correct the problem, it is clear that they do not follow through when they state that they will test fit their product to ensure that it is the proper size prior to shipping to the customer. The CalTrend website, on the FAQ page states "We make each cover to fit exactly right every time." I have gone through four sets of headrest covers, and still do not have covers that fit "exactly right".Desired Settlement: The CalTrend website, on the FAQ page states "This is not a universal or 'one size fits all' product. All of our Custom Tailored Seat Covers are manufactured specifically for your vehicle. We make each cover to fit exactly right every time." It is now almost four months since my order was placed, I have gone through four sets of headrest covers, and I still do not have covers that fit "exactly right".

I would like to have my order completed with covers that actually fit my vehicle in a timely manner.
