Calvin Benjamin Furniture

I purchased furniture for $800 but changed my mind the next day. He refuses to refund me. Please keep in mind the furniture wasn't delivered.I purchased furniture ($800) in cash from Mr. [redacted] in 12/2013. The next day, I advised him that I changed my mind and no longer wanted it. Instead of refunding my money, he replied the purchase was final and became irate over the phone. He threatened to deliver his furniture to my front yard and to call the Police, if I came to his store. There were no signs posted in his store nor does the receipt Mr. [redacted] filled out, indicate that the sale was final. I won't accept delivery of the furniture and insist on a full refund. I mailed a letter to Mr. [redacted] via Certified USPS giving him until 1/10/14 to refund my money and he has made no attempts to contact me. Again, I do not have the furniture but he has my money. I can provide Revdex.com a copy of the letter and USPS delivery receipt that shows he signed for it on 1/2/14. Desired SettlementI will only accept a full refund. How can Mr. [redacted] keep my money when I don't have his furniture? I have waited several weeks and attempted to resolve this amicably. Yet, he refuses to be fair. My Christmas holiday wasn't as joyful due to this negative experience. Have I been scammed? Please help me.
