 I want to have a credit for 250 or 160 dollars for my troubles.  I will return the jeans with bad quality.  Can we not close this case until I get my refund check or new jeans plus check? Thank you

I contacted [redacted] (the company I used to submit payment) and they issued my refund. While Calvin Klein has been completely uncooperative with  ID [redacted], I am satisfied with my refund through [redacted].

Customer was contacted (called and emailed) on 6/**  in regards to complaint. On 6/** offered a return shipping label to return products for a refund. On 6/** customer contacted us and accepted  resolution.

Reached out to customer regarding the return of the defective jeans so it can be reviewed for quality. Once product received an accommodation will be made to the customer for the jeans. Customer agreed to return for accommodation.

Review: On August **, 2013, I ordered two pairs of pants from calvinklein.com. The order number was [redacted]. Less than a month later, I called Calvin Klein to find out if I could return two items from different orders. The representative I spoke to confirmed that this was possible, so I returned one pair of pants from order [redacted], along with another pair from order [redacted]. The item from order [redacted] was refunded to me, but the other item from order [redacted] was not. I called Calvin Klein and was told they would contact the warehouse to find out what had happened to the item that was not refunded. At that time, I was given request number [redacted]. I called back four times over the next two weeks and was told the same thing each time—that they were looking into it, and that I would receive an e-mail about the status of my request within a few days. I never received any such e-mail, and as of 11/*, I still have not received a refund in the amount of $55.65 for the returned item.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund of $55.65 for the returned item.

Review: I was incorrectly charged. The representative I spoke with informed me that they would correct the error. I've sent three emails in which they responded to two of the three stating that the credit would be reflected in two weeks to my bank card. My account has yet to be credited.Desired Settlement: I would like my adjustment to be made immediately. In addition I feel that an additional adjustment should be made to accommodate for my inconvenience and the dissatisfaction of the lack of service and response from the company.
