Review: On March 8th,2010 Mr. Scott LIC[redacted] a installed rubber roofing on my top roof and front poach roof- within the first year there were no problems, then the back room ceiling starting leaking again in the same spot before Mr. Scott installed the new roof, the same problem I was having. I called him and he came out and had someone go onto the roof, for about six months no problem then it started leaking again- I called again and he came out and then went on top again. this has been going on for THREE years as of March 8th, 2013 and is still not resolved. the last time he came out he stated that if it starts leaking now - he will drink the water because the roof is tight, well it is still leaking- the last time I called him he stated that a few other people who he did a rubber roof for have called him as well and he found out that the rubber he used was defective and that it was too early for a hot coating- he stated he would be back out and has not and I have left six messages and he has not called me back as of the date of this complaint.(no hot coating needed and he has not been out to fix-I am still dealing with leaking and damage to my home inside) I paid him $1300.00 with a 15 year guarantee and referred numerous people to him-(my mother,my coworkers) he seemed to be such a nice Business Man but to be treated like this is horrible,my back room ceiling was installed new after the roof was done 3/2010 and now it needs repairs, I do not have money to get these repairs done over and overDesired Settlement: if not a refund then I want a whole new roof installed or corrected to stop water from coming into my home as he first stated he would do- with a date and time that it will be done as soon as possible
