Review: Camera Fair was hired as a photographer/ videographer for my 2 day wedding event that took place on March [redacted] & March [redacted], 2012. From the beginning they took very long for the delivery of their work. They were paid $4,995.00 in full before the event. This was the major issue as they were in no rush to deliver after already being paid without delivering any work. Our package promised a number of things some of which are still undelivered. At this point over a year later I am still awaiting the copies of my wedding video with simple editing mistakes that should be fixed by the editor. My wedding album has the word wedding misspelled on the cover. This is the first thing any once sees, and they want more money to fix it. They are claiming that I approved the design link online and I should have checked for it then. The designs are no longer available but the link ( [redacted] ) still has my numerous notes on it that clearly states the correct spelling. That process was very tedious as well since they would constantly make careless mistakes such as having repetitive identical pages and images that I had to spend time correcting through notes. The video they sent has spelling errors as well and is badly edited. There are parts with dead silence while filming crew at work. They want me to spend hours finding the exact times to the second of the parts that should be taken out which is the editors job. I have emailed them over and over again and at this point an employee answers my emails asking for me to do their work and give them more money. I would like your help to resolve this matter please.Desired Settlement: I want my Wedding Album cover fixed without having to spend more money or time. I would like the rest of my Wedding DVDs mailed as promised. All the spelling should be double checked and the names of the bride, groom and family should be spelled as they were in the email that was sent to them initially. I want it to be edited for any down time that made it in the final copy.
