I purchased my home and needed to do some restoration work to both the interior and exterior of my home. I hired CAM Remodeling LLC., Euless, TX. I do not recommend them.
The job called for a complete restoration of both bathrooms. Both bathrooms were screwed up so bad and when I asked the contractor to fix the problems, he told me he could not. I told the contractor" if I have to live with your mistakes, I expect you to compensate me" to this day, nothing. I gave him the job the beginning of March 2019, and asked him how long will it take to get the job done and he said "2 to 3 weeks" I told him he had until the 15th of April. That is 6 weeks. I told him I needed everybody out because I was going to move in. He told me it will be done. That was his first mistake. Not able to meet the deadline set.
In the first bathroom the jacuzzi was installed ¼" off scale, that made it difficult for the sliding glass door to be installed straight. The borders placed around the tile of the jacuzzi were two different colors. I told him to take them off and fix it to the color of bronze. He told me he could not fix it. In the second bathroom a very poor job with grouting the showers fixtures, also the water accumulates on one side of the shower floor and does not drain properly. He screwed up both bathroom projects and to this date he has not come back to fix it or compensate me for horrible job they did. Also, the contractor did not monitor the job his workers did. He had them take pictures after they finished a job and send them to him.
When it came to my kitchen cabinets the contractor insisted on using his painter to do my kitchen cabinets, I had somebody else in mind. I gave the contractor the benefit of the doubt. His painter spent 4 weeks on the kitchen cabinets, thin out the paint, after I told him not to. I cut that painter loose and I subcontracted another painter to fix the mess and he did an awesome job in just 4 days. The contractor did not compensate me for the paint and materials used by his painter, who did a very bad job on my cabinets. The garage was used by the painter to paint the cabinet doors and shelves, I did not have a problem with that until the garage floor was painted and they made no effort to clean it up. Very bad job! Overall, I do not recommend them!
