Our complaint has nothing to do with a denialIt is due to never processing the application and not getting return calls and taking $for an application fee and not following upPlease see initial complaint for detailed call history

When I was quoted the payment on 8/30/by [redacted] , she told me [redacted] could move in the weekend of the 8thAs you can see from my credit score, I have excellent credit, with an Equifax score of I work in Finance so I know what a good score isI do, however, understand that [redacted] 's criminal history could have made the difference in the denialI wish that from this experience, your company and staff will use this as a learning tool in Customer Service and Customer RelationsNot returning calls and processing applications timely will cost you

*** and *** *** came in to apply for an apartment and now that they were denied they want their money backIt is our policy that once we run their application, they do not get a refundIf you need to see where they were denied I can send it to you. Thanks ***

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The online reversal of my money never happened as promised via the email the company submitted as proof of the actions they took to settle this disputeAfter waiting for a week as informed by the company, I had to email again to see where the funds were since they never arrived in my bank accountThe property manager never informed me of a change in payment delivery until I contacted her (email documentation is attached)Again, I've been told to wait another week before receiving my money backThis will make a full month of waiting to get a refundI'm completely unsatisfied with the lack of professionalism, communication, and initiative this company has displayed.

It is due to never processing the application and not getting return calls and taking $30 for an application fee and not following up. Please see initial complaint for detailed call history.

Again, her application was processed. That is how we know she was denied. See attachments. The cost of running the application is $30.00. See attachment where it shows where we ran her. It will have the date and everything on it. It also states on the application that they signed that the application fee is non refundable. If she wants to know why she was denied she can come in and pick up the letter or I can email a copy to her. No apartment community returns and application fee one the credit and back ground check has been ran!
