Review: On the morning of 10/18/13, I drove to the automatic lane and selected full service and deposited $9. I was directed by the recorded voice to pull forward when the previous car pulled forward...except there was no previous car. I tried to get a refund...no response. I drove through...no response. I circled around and tried to bet a response from the machine...no response. There is no contact information listed on the site. I then called the number on the web (302-697-8109) REPEATEDLY for the past four days; it rings and rings but nobody picks up. A[redacted] is listed on the web as the owner, but I cannot locate a[redacted] in the state of Delaware. THIS BUSINESS HAS STOLEN $9 FROM ME...do I report it to the police next?Desired Settlement: Refund of $9 or credit ASAP!!!
