attached) which explains our cancellation policy. The applicant did not cancel within 24 hours and agreed to the CA Consent form on 9/11/16 at the time of application. As stated in the CA Consent form signed by the applicant, we deducted "lost rental damages" that we incurred as a result of holding the unit off the market, not to exceed the $400 holding deposit. The 30-day guarantee that the applicant mentions is a lease guarantee we have for residents who have moved in and fully executed a lease agreement with us. If they are dissatisfied with their unit or need to move-out for any reason within the first 30 days of residency, they may do so without incurring any lease break penalties. This does not apply to any persons who have applied and cancelled their application before fully executing a lease agreement and moving into the community.
