This is the worst company I have ever dealt withThey lie to you and raise prices without warningThe information they provide is not completeIf you give them your debit card they will run it without checking anything and then reverse the charge but you are without your money for days Their customer service is rude and they treat you badlyHere's my warning to everyone: "RUN FROM THIS PLACE AND SPEND YOUOR MONEY ELSEWHERE"

We rented this unit to this lady in may waiving lock and admin charges saving her dollars..We post on the wall and on her contract that we don't prorate rent out..The reasoning on this is that when she moved out mid month the unit stays vacant for the rest of the month anyway..when she came in to move out she yelled and screamed mean comments in our office in front of our customers, at that time we told her that if she would please leave we would give her a voucher for future storage...She left happy but latter told us she wanted cash instead..She is always welcome to use her voucher

I was with Camelback Self Storage for years, each year they raised my rent without any notice and this last time was almost $Each time claiming they sent me a notice of the increase (never did)I moved out on 5/but my lease was up on 5/They mistreated me and my son the whole time I was moving outThey took they took my key and my lock without my permission, when I told her I was not ready to move out yet [redacted] and his assistant [redacted] (name?) were VERY rude and both told me that if I moved out today (5/25) I would get money back for the days I didn't use (days)After they pushed me out, I went back to make sure my account was closed and to get my money for the days of rent I didn't useThey told me that [redacted] was the only one that could help me with that refund and she was not inWhen I finally spoke to [redacted] (I had to call her twice because no one would call me back) she told me that they don't give money refunds just in store creditNO one ever told me that, nor is it written on anywhere***, the owner/manager and his assistant lied to me, pushed me out of my storage and kept my last days of rentThis is the WORST place ever!! I wish someone would do something about this placeThey mistreat you and scam you out of money with a smile on their faceSad.....so very sadThis is a BAD business

This customer returned the truck after using it for 2 days...the camera showed and the wife admited it was returned in the afternoon making it 2 days not one...The husband called the woman when she was at our business and yelled at her on the phone for 10 to 15 minutes..he blamed her for not getting...

the bill reduced..I called the Mr [redacted] and after he was verbally attacked me and threatened to come down to the business and do something about it we contacted [redacted] and they agreed to give him a refund for the extra day...He must be under some sort of stress but thats no excuse to yell at your wife and threaten the [redacted] dealer..he recieved a refund from the 2nd day from [redacted]...The manager called him he stated he was satisfied with the refund but would complain to the Revdex.com anyway..If the customer was charged bank fees that would be refunded once the credit goes through..The manager offed him a free month of storage to make him happy he wants cash only..We try to satisfy every customer but sometimes its not possible..sorry for the complaint

I was with Camelback Self Storage for 3 years, each year they raised my rent without any notice and this last time was almost $10.00. Each time claiming they sent me a notice of the increase (never did). I moved out on 5/25 but my lease was up on 5/31. They mistreated me and my son the whole time I was moving out. They took they took my key and my lock without my permission, when I told her I was not ready to move out yet . I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I find it quite surprising that Camelback Self Storage would blatantly lie regarding the time I returned the truck.  What I find even more amazing is that I was told that I would be receiving a refund within 72 hours, and then Camelback Self Storage failed to comply with their promise and said I returned the truck after 10:00 am the following day. If I did indeed return the truck after 10:00am when they were open, wouldn't I have received a final bill from them as they were open at that time?  The fact of the matter is the truck was returned the evening before, and I have a witness who was with me to corroborate this.

Bob is the biggest ripoff in town he's a liar a cheat and a phony please do yourself a favor and store elsewhere or you will never see your stuff again!

This customer came in to rent a [redacted] Truck.  His truck was supposed to be returned back by 8am the following day.  We had this truck reserved at 8am for another customer however this customer did not return the truck until after 10am therefore the new customer was unable to rent the...

truck so we had to move the reservation to another [redacted] location 20 miles away.  We do appreciate him as a customer.  [redacted] will charge a customer for another day if the truck is not returned by the time on the paperwork.

Thank you sir for your response but you came in that morning and handed keys to the staff..We know moving is stressful and unfortunately if you keep the truck into the next rental period you are charged another day...Thank you again for your business
