Company should apologize to my daughter for putting her in such a scary situation If the company could give their trainers more coaching as how to handle sitiuations like this And make my compliant public so parents know that this has happened

Review: My 16 year old daughter made an appointment with [redacted] at Camellok driving school to start her drivers training. She was to complete 6 hours of driving 3 2 hours classes. Over the phone they set up an arrangement to pay $70 first session and $100 for the next 2 only because friends of hers have done that with this company so she asked could she do it also. The instructor shows up 15 mins late. I see them leave I got his cel phone number in my phone and they are gone for about 10 minutes. My daughter comes running in the house crying saying can you talk to this man mom he tried taking my money. By the time I come out of my room to the living room this man is standing in my home saying she doesn't have enough money, you have wasted my time you owe $40 I'm trying to figure out why is he standing in my house uninvited and telling him he needs to back out of my house we can talk outside and he is a little hesitant. I repeat myself and while he's backing up I see he has my daughter's drivers permit tucked behind his back I ask if that belongs to my daughter he says yes but she owes $40 for wasting my time. I ask for her paperwork and ask him to please leave from my home. I call the company and speak with [redacted] I call and talk to her as if we are new clients we talk and ask if the arrangement of $70 can be payed for the first session then $100 for the remaining 2 she says that arrangement could be made. I then tell her who I am who my daughter is the sitution that just took place with one of her instructors Loui and she gets defensive and says I will call you back when I find out WHAT REALLY HAPPENED. Letting me know she believes none of what I just told her. This is at 10am and she lets me know she will call back, 2:45pm no call so I call them she doesn't answer Loui does [redacted]'s not available shes gone for the day, and he doesn't know when she is going to return. Never once did either apologize he never asked did I have the $20 difference he just got upset and demanded the $40 for wasting his time.Desired Settlement: They didn't keep any of our money. This was a traumatizing situation to put a minor in, now my daughter is unsure if she wants to go with anyone else to complete her drivers training. An investigation of some sort should be done on this company if they deal with minors on a regular basis. And maybe some more training for their intructors. Not sure if a criminal suit or law suit should be pursued. I'm just very upset that this company deals with minors and they are this unprofessional.
