Wednesday, September 30, [redacted] , Complaint Handler Ext ***Revdex.comBryant Woods SouthAmherst, NY [redacted] ,In response to the attached complaint (ID [redacted] );The customer requested an estimation/quote early February of this year and misrepresented what work was entailed as well as the quantity of books that would be orderedShe was supplied pricing for many options (see attached)As she states in her complaint the total number of books ordered was in the end when the order was placed on 3/6/The price per book increased when she lowered the total as our pricing decreases with quantity.We had to produce numerous proofs as the customer was changing her own file as well as asking us to make changes without informing us of such, in turn making large errors in the layout of the bookWe finally had a meeting with managers from all departments involved, at which point the customer asked us to not only correct everything but to proof her workIn the end as well also resulting in more fees which were in fact discussed at the meeting as well as given at a discounted rate to help out with the cost.Final payment method was submitted at the beginning of the job, as all customers without an account are required to doThis specific customer requested that we charge her provided credit card days after the job was complete (form also attached)The customer did not contact us regarding any additional discount on the final invoice as stated in the complaintWe received a chargeback notification from Merchant Services on 8/11/to which I replied (all information also attached) and the bank decided in our favorWe also received a letter from the customer shortly after 9/16/(also attached).In conclusion, we worked with the customer to make sure that she received quality work and a reasonable priceWe have found her to be untruthful with the many complaints that she has filed with various organizations.Please feel free to contact me for any further information necessary.Thank You, Cristene ED [redacted] President & C.O.O

As she states in her complaint the total number of books ordered was 150 in the end when the order was placed on 3/6/15. The price per book increased when she lowered the total as our pricing decreases with quantity.We had to produce numerous proofs as the customer was changing her own file as well as asking us to make changes without informing us of such, in turn making large errors in the layout of the book. We finally had a meeting with managers from all departments involved, at which point the customer asked us to not only correct everything but to proof her work.
