question was completed and turned over to the homeowner on January 19,2007. Between 2007 and 2011 we received multiple calls regarding plumbing issues at the home, resulting in multiple visits, all of which were addressed. From 2011 to October of2014, we did not receive any communication from the homeowner. As such, there was no indication of any additional ongoing plumbing problems at the home. In October 2014 we were notified by the homeowner that they were working with an outside plumbing company to fix a leak in their master shower. We contacted the outside plumbing company directly, at which time the outside plumbing company confirmed that the repairs they made were the result of normal wear and tear. Given the timeframe involved this item would be clearly be outside the standard 2-year warranty period and not covered by our warranty. With regard to the reported under slab leak, we were contacted by the homeowner on February 2, 2015. Given the fact that this occurred more than 8 years after close of escrow and 6+ years beyond the expiration of our normal warranty period we declined the warranty request and explained that to the homeowner. Had the issue been reported within the first two years following the closing date of the home, per our warranty we would have made all necessary replacements and/or repairs. We respond to or investigate to all customer service inquires that we receive however depending on the time frame involved or the nature of the service request we may decline the service request. In those cases we explain the reason for our decision. If you should have any further questions or require further clarification please feel free to contact me at [redacted] Sincerely [redacted] Director of Customer Relations

We have a Camelot home. Myself and several neighbors have all suffered from slab leaks. Camelot homes will not assist or take any responsibility. We are out of the "warranty period", however since there are so many of us with the same problem, the builder needs to take accountability. We loved our Camelot home, however we fear that it may not have been built well. Not quite the LUXURY home we thought we were getting.
