Review: Cameo has not delivered the product ordered in February 2015. Several requests have been made for Cameo to credit the credit account that was charged due to non delivery of the merchandise, including a verbal request to one of the representatives in February. A follow up e-mail was sent on April 3, 2015 requesting for credit, another on May 8, 2015 and finally May 25, 2015. Reference [redacted] transaction no. [redacted]Desired Settlement: Refund-Credit Card Credit as soon as possible.
