At this time, I have been contacted directly by Cameras For All regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: They have not credited my account, for the refund of the cameras I did not hear from them after they contacted me by email on April ***, to say the order was in Paid status until May *** After I sent in my complaint to your office, I heard from them by email on May [redacted] to say the order had been cancelled I replied with an inquiry into my refundThey replied back that I was given the full refund I have sent several emails after that asking for confirmation, and that I had checked my account it came from, with no further replies from the company; to this day there has not been a refund I believe both of those emails were staged and they have no intention of refunding my moneyBelow is a copy of the emails from them dated May *** These are the emails from the company w/the most current first We gave you the full refund On Thu, May *, at 12:PM, Elizabeth < [redacted] > wrote: [redacted] *** [redacted] *** [redacted] * [redacted] * [redacted] * * [redacted] * * * [redacted] ** [redacted] * [redacted] * * [redacted] ***Since you have not heard from this company, I believe they are not going to honor the refund, since they haven't responded to further information, from me, regarding the refund and also because there has not been a refund applied Please advise what happens next Thank you, [redacted]

Review: Hello,

I went to this company's website and ordered and paid for disposable wedding cameras. I rec'd an email reply stating the cameras were paid for and I could track them on their website using my account. I contacted them via email [redacted] inquiring about the shipment of my order. Also let them know there was no tracking information as they had told me in previous email, regarding my order of cameras. I have not heard back from them and it has been over the 24 hours they stated to get back to me and I tried both numbers listed from website and email...

Cameras For All [redacted] The number is out of service....I called the toll free number listed on one of the emails from them stating my order was rec'd and it was an advertising recording that had nothing to do with the business...the number is ###-###-####....this is the number Revdex.com shows for them but it isn't a number that gets you to customer service for this business.

Also as you can see, the address is different from the one on the business website then the one that is listed on Revdex.com.

This is very distressing as I need the cameras I ordered for a wedding on the [redacted] of April...according to their information, along w/order and shipping time, I should be receiving them in time.

I want to know now if this business is going to honor this order or what is going on....no longer in business, etc.

I do not have a reliable contact number to talk to someone in customer service to find out about my order and would like to be able to contact customer service.

I f the cameras are not received in time and since there is no one to speak with, I will be looking for a refund of my order.

Review: I ordered 9 cameras on September [redacted] and have not received them. I have called and left messages (never talked to anyone) and emailed numerous times and have gotten no responses back!Desired Settlement: Refund - or delivery by tomorrow!

Review: I purchased cameras from this company and they sent me an invoice and receipt stating that as soon as my order was paid in full they would ship out my order, well I did this on 11/**/2014 and nothing has been shipped. I have tried emailing them numerous times and the email keeps getting rejected because its invalid or no longer in use. I also tried calling the [redacted] number listed on their website for customer service and it goes to a prize redemption center. I also tried calling the other number for 4 hours yesterday and two hours today and all it is it a busy signal. They have debited my card $84.30 and I would like it credited back to my account.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $84.30

Review: I ordered ten cameras for my wedding from this company. When they were shipped to me, the cameras arrived broken. The customer service number that is given goes to a voice mailbox that is always full and you cant leave a message on. I have email correspondance saying the cameras were going to be replaced. The cameras were never shipped to me and my wedding has now come and gone. The cameras we did receive that were not broken did not work, they would not take pictures and the flash never went off. We were without the cameras on our wedding day. Now, correspondance has stopped and no one will return my email.Desired Settlement: We would like to be reimbursed for the cameras we did not get to use. We would like a full refund on our purchase
