Review: On October *, 2013 I purchased three shirts for $99.90 for my husband. I was so pleased to find the fabric quality he likes, and that there was a good assortment of 17 1/2 size shirts. I completely forgot that, as he is 6'4", I need to get a tall size for him. When he tried on one of the shirts, it was obvious that it wouldn't fit him. I called the store on October [redacted] to inquire about a refund rather than a credit, as he will never be shorter, and was told the manager would call me on October [redacted]. No call was made, so I called again on October [redacted]. The manager would not take the call and only spoke to me through the sales associate. He refused my request for consideration and offered only the merchandise credit, which is useless to me.Desired Settlement: My desired settlement is that I return the shirts and Camicissima credit my credit card. Were this an issue of not liking or being able to utilize the credit, I wouldn't press, but it just seems unfair, especially for a quality establishment, to provide such inconsiderate service.

Review: I purchased a dress shirt on August **, 2013. The salesman said he cannot allow me to try on the shirt in the store, he cannot unpackage it here, store policy, but to try on at home and if it does not fit, bring it back. A few days later I went back to return the shirt as it did not fit. I came with both the receipt and the merchandise to exchange it for some items of equivalent value. The salesman explained to me that I cannot exchange it for anything other than a dress shirt. I did not understand and he stated that is our policy. I looked at the receipt and it states no cash refunds, I looked on the counter and it said the same thing and that all exchanges must be done within 14 days. There is no mention that a return item must be exchanged for the same type of product? To avoid any doubt, I asked the salesman again where this policy is as it does not state in the store and he responded that it is just the policy. I have never heard of such a policy. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was advised "he is away". When asked when he will return, the response was "I don't know, he is gone for a few weeks." I asked if he could contact another one of their stores in NY so I may speak to another manager and he said "there are no managers there". I left the store and given that there is a "14 day return policy" and there is no manager to speak to, I had no other recourse but to file a complaint.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded, this experience has been very unpleasant and if possible I would also like their store policy to be examined so that other consumers do not experience the same issues as I did.
