This customer reserved our last camp sites for July 4th and they are not available for tents. We informed her that she was reserving amp spots and she did not tell us that she had tents only. At a later date, she revealed that she only had tents and we had to cancel her reservation
and issue a refund. Because we have no tent sites available (and had none available when she reserved), we cannot accommodate the request to provide additional camp sites. If she had informed us that she would be camping in tents, we would have told her that there were no spot available when she emailed to make reservation. I have spoken with Ms*** several times and sent her a transcript of her email request and booking of amp spots without informing us that she had tents only Thanks for the opportunity to respond ***
