Excellent customer service from estimate through installation (new AC unit). Courteous, fast response time, and clean, efficient installation. Unit is working just fine.

Just had a new hot water heater installed. They kept us informed throughout and completed the installation in one day. They were professional and explained the unit to us after completing the job. They removed all their trash and left the area clean.

Review: I called for an emergency A/C diagnostic call last night from this company. I was told it would be $139 for a diagnosis and more if they would do the repair. I agreed. The repairman came out and told me the thermostat was bad. He gave me three quotes ranging from $523 to over $800 for the replacement. I felt to cost was way too high and thanked him for letting me know the problem and I paid him. I was going to have my husband attempt to replace the thermostat tonight. In the mean time, I mentioned the situation to someone I work with. He asked me if they checked the batteries in the thermostat? I told him I didn't even know there were batteries and assumed the repairmen checked before determining the thermostat was bad. The repairman informed me he checked everything else and determined the thermostat was bad. Well, I went home and replaced the batteries I now knew where there. The A/C is now running fine. I believe this repairman deliberately lied to me and tried to gouge me for several hundred dollars and well as leave my home with a perfectly useable unit. I believe this is, at a minimum, dishonest business practices, but, a fraudulent handling of the diagnostic home visit. If he would have told me the batteries needed replacing, I would have paid the service fee and been done with it. However, since he tried to take advantage of the fact he clearly knew I had no knowledge of this thermostat, I felt obligated to report this behavior. At least I knew enough that the price quotes were well out of acceptable range.Desired Settlement: Hopefully, this will get noted against this company so others can be properly made aware of the business practices of this company. Also, I would like an apology from the owner of this business.
