Review: Ordered camper cover on Dec [redacted] 2015. Card has been charged they advertise 7-9 days shipping its been 28. Not response from emails or phone calls to the business about status of the order.Desired Settlement: Either the product delivered or order canceled and money refunded.

Review: I ordered a 5th wheel trailer cover. After weeks of not receiving the product, which was advertised to ship within 2-3 business days, I tried contacting the company by message on their webpage. They did not respond for days. I then emailed them, no response. I called, no answer, ever. I left voice mails, no response. I emailed some more and called some more, no response. I have tried cancelling my order and because they don't respond, I don't know if my order is cancelled. At this point, I no longer want the product. I just want to know that my order is in fact cancelled and my card will not be charged.Desired Settlement: Confirmation that my order has been cancelled.
