Review: 5/6/2014: C&J Roofing removed old roof of our house and installed new roof.
8/3/2014: Found discarded roofing nail from old roof embedded in rear tire of [redacted] riding mower.
8/4/2014: Had tire repaired at [redacted], PA total amount $31.48, Invoice 21085. Took photograph of nail and invoice and sent to C&J Roofing requesting reimbursement; their responsibility to clean up ALL roofing project materials.
8/15/2014: Contacted C&J by telephone to request reimbursement. C&J claimed it was not of of their new roofing nails, but they would send a check.
8/22/2014: No check received, escalating issue to Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: Request reimbursement of $31.48 as they said they would pay. Have photograph of nail and repair invoice (still have nail); can send by e-mail.

Response:
A check was mailed in the amount of $31.48 check # [redacted] on 8/22/14 as an oversight on my part in not getting the check out at the beginning of the week. After the discussion with [redacted] on the telephone, we decided to go ahead and send him the check for the tire repair to his mower. We at C&J strive to pick up as many nails as we possibly can with having the best magnet there is however, there are times when a few maybe missed. Even though this nail is not a nail that we use, we felt it would be best to pay this bill due to the inconvenience [redacted] had in getting this repaired.Thank you,C&J Roofing, LLC
