Review: Upon entering C&S Wonder Wash there is a sign that clearly states an Undercarriage wash is $1.00. Two times now upon pulling up to the service window I was told that it is now $2.00. The first time I didn't think much of it & paid the extra dollar. Today, I made a special effort to look at the ala carte pricing, which clearly states the undercarriage wash is $1.00. When I pull up to the service window, once again I am informed that it is now $2.00. I inform the young gentleman that the sign clearly states $1.00 & I am told the it has been changed in the computer/register by the owner & there is nothing he can do about. After several minutes of politely venting my frustration, the young man gave me the wash; but not before trying to do things such as printing a dummy receipt showing the $2.00 charge. I was told that the owner will be in on Friday at noon if I would like to speak with him. It may only be a dollar, but it is also false advertising or a deceptive business practice to display a $1.00 fee & when the time comes to purchase or pay for the item, you are informed that the price is now $2.00.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $1.00 for the previous undercarriage wash I was overcharged for. That's minimum ... For my time & aggravation, I don't think it to be unreasonable to think that someone might be given at least one if not 2 or 3 free washes to make amends.
