Review: We contracted Candlelight Wedding Photography for our May **th, 2012 wedding and as of today's date, June[redacted], 2013, over a year later, we have yet to receive the following items in our package: - 1 8x8 or 8x10 Bride & Groom Album 10 page (20 sided) Coffee table book - DVD of all your wedding images so that you can make your own reprints for life - a low res CD for [redacted], Emails and Digital Picture Frames Furthermore, the following is taken directly from our contract under Coverage/Delivery: "DVDs are usually ready around 21 business days after the event date. In and around the holiday seasons they may take a week or so longer. When and if the DVD's should take longer than 45 business days to be available for delivery the client will receive a 10% refund from the total cost of the package selected every week after the 45th business day." At this point we are clearly past the 45th business day and feel we are entitled to a full refund of our package totaling $2,487.75.Desired Settlement: At minimum, we would like a full refund of $2,487.75 based on the breach of contract and the DVD our of wedding photos so that if Candlelight is unwilling to complete our album we have the ability to do so on our own terms.

Review: I got married August *, 2012 and hired Candlelight Wedding Photography as our photography company. We received our photos but not our print enlargements or wedding album. [redacted], the owner of the company, and I discussed what needed to be edited in the 5 photos for the enlargements in April 2013 and they were going to be sent out. We have yet to receive the print enlargements. I was told I would be emailed a rough draft of our album in the beginning of May 2013 and have not been sent it. I have tried to make contact with [redacted] and the company for the past four weeks and have not heard back from anyone. I called, left messages, sent text messages and emails. Also, our contract states "When and if the DVDs should take longer than 45 business days to be available for delivery the client will receive a 10% refund from the total cost of the package selected every week after the 45th business day." We did not receive all of our photos until February 2013. They only provided half of our photos originally and I had to request and explain how pictures were missing from the original DVD. Due to this clause in our contract, we believe we are owed $3910 (17 weeks at 10% each week). I began complaining about the issue with missing pictures September 2012 through phone calls and emails.Desired Settlement: My husband and I would like to receive a final copy of our wedding album and a refund for the delay in some of our pictures.

My husband had several conversations on the phone and through text messages with the owner of the company. I met with him in person to design our wedding album. However, we have yet to hear from him again for the past 2 weeks and have not recieved our wedding album. We are waiting for a revised draft of our album so we can approve it and then for the owner to send it to Italy to be produced. This has been a very unprofessional, disappointing, helpless experience we are having with this wedding photography company. We just want our wedding album!
