I had new tires put on my truck and an inspection done. My stabilizer bar was broken in the process and the company refuses to repair it.I had tires put on my 2009 GMC Acadia as well as had it inspected. I noticed that my car was still on the lift upon returning to the shop. When they took it down, they still hadn't inspected it. They then inspected it and I paid the bill. I noticed that they didn't charge me for the inspection. I asked why. I was told that I just wasn't charged for it. My vehicle passed inspection. Upon driving out of the parking lot, I heard a loud noise. I thought it was from the tire so I went back inside. My vehicle was looked under and I was told that my stabilizer bar was broken. I was told that they would repair it and that I could go pick my vehicle up in the morning. I went back this morning and they're refusing to repair what they broke. I spoke with the owner, he hung up on me telling me that he wasn't going to listen to me. I didn't raise my voice, neither did I use profane language. The other employee laughed about it. I was told that because I had rust under my car that they were not going to fix it.Desired SettlementI had to get my car towed by another company as well as repaired. I am seeking to be refunded in full, as well as a written promise that they will never do what they did to me to anyone else.Business Response She brought the car here for tires. we installed the tires and we also inspected it. she paid cash for the inspection and we dont make tickets on the inspections but she did get a copy of the inspection..the left was never even near the stabilizer bar that was broke.we even took pictures. there is not one was possible the lift is even able to touch the stabilizer bar. she then come in hollering and said she wasnt going to pay for it because we did it.she even wanted to talk to the owner so I called him and he couldnt talk for her hollering. he told her if she didnt stop hollering he would hang up and he did. so we backed it out and she kept coming in hollering and all so I called cops but she left at that point and come back after cops left. but after that she got vehicle towed away and said she was getting it fixed where we broke it.
