worst company I have seen, they only want your money, if you have a problem they will fix it after 2 or 3 try at dealer, when you call customer service they don't help, if you ask to talk to a supervisor they hang the phone or tell you supervisor will call you in 24 hour I have been waiting for over 30 month .
I have a Nitro 2008 with power train life time warranty which they remove without asking me or telling me, this company is very dishonest, lie to customer..
I will change my vehicle for Japanese vehicle

Worst Costumer Service of any place I have ever been to. I have a brand new car that I bought from a different dealership due to this one not having what I wanted. At 500 miles my check engine light, throttle control light and traction light came on. I did as my manual said and took it to the first dealership I knew of, big mistake. They reset my light telling me it had to do with the battery and said I was good to go. At 800 miles it came back on and this time I made an appointment and took it in. They have no loaner cars so I was out a car for a day. I picked up the car and once again they said they had no luck finding what was wrong with it but they reset the light and I asked for paper work and was told they had to send it to [redacted] and they would mail it me. At 1400 miles my lights came back on and I took it to the dealership I bought it from this time. The told me they did not see any records of work and I needed to contact [redacted] so I did. I was told they had no records of service. My husband called CJD and they told him they had the paper work and they did nothing to fix it they just reset the code. I called the Manager of the service department and Asked why his employees lied to my face when I picked my car up and did nothing to fix it. He just kept reading from the paper and never offered to fix the situation or apologize. I then went to the dealership to talk to the GM and he was great at first but then he got that same service manager and brought him in. He explained why my info wasn't processed because the manager was on vacation and he hadnt done it yet.I was ok with that, then I asked why his employees lied and the GM sat bag in his chair and in a very rude tone said" Ma'am how did they lie to you and Who lied" I said who and he laughed. I got up and left because I was not being taken seriously and No one cared to handle the situation. Because this dealership did not fix my car the first 2 times I now have a broke side mirror because when the lights come on the car looses all power and I have no control where it goes. I ended up running into a ditch and hitting a mail box. I also lost control on HWY 40 two times on the way to drop it off the 3rd time. Because this dealership did not fix my car I could have killed someone or myself. My car is extremely dangerous at this point. It cuts off when it wants and you have not control. The GM did not take anything I said seriously and acted like he didn't even care. NO ONE EVERY EVEN SAID SORRY!! What kind of customer service is that! I am a female and feel like that is the only reason I received that service. Desired SettlementI want my side mirror fixed. If the dealership had fixed it the second time this wouldn't have happened. I also do not appreciate the GM, Service Manager and Employees lying to me and laughing in my face. I expect an apology and this dealership to fix their mistake. I will never go near this place again and everyone I know will not either. Business Response Ms. [redacted] came into the dealership on 3/17/2015 at mileage of 681, with a concern of a check engine light on. The technician reviewed the codes in the vehicle. There was one fault code that was stored. The technician then followed the diagnostic procedure provided by [redacted] to find the concern. The vehicle had a code of p2172 for high airflow/vacuum leak detected. We then checked for software updates, all modules were up to date with the latest software. When a code is set and stored this means aT sometime the vehicle had a fault but has since corrected the concern. In order to perform more diagnostic the code has to be an active code not stored. We test drove the vehicle a couple of times after resetting the code to see if the code would come back to an active state or store the code again. No codes returned during or after the test drive. The vehicle was released back to the customer. This is [redacted]'s standard diagnostic procedure. If a code does not become active and the concern does not duplicate again there is no further repairs attempted. When Ms. [redacted] came to pick up her vehicle the paperwork was not completed at that time. The service manager reviews any no problem founds or could not duplicate concerns before paperwork is closed out. A copy was emailed to Ms. [redacted] at her request. There would have also been a mailed copy to her. The warranty claim is usually submitted to jeep within 10 days after the vehicle has been in. The other dealership does not see a history of the repair until a warranty claim has been submitted. When Ms. [redacted] came in to speak with our General Manager she made the statement that she had been lied to. The general manager asked who and what they lied about to gather more facts concerning the situation. At this time Ms. [redacted] abruptly got up and left the office. At no time did the general manager or service manager laugh or not take her seriously. The vehicle is currently at another dealership and in process of being looked at again. Capital Chrysler [redacted] is not responsible for any damage done to her vehicle. If there is a defect found in her vehicle the dealership that is currently repairing the vehicle can contact [redacted] if the defect that is found could have led to the damage she is describing. That would not be a dealership decision but one that is made by [redacted]. We truly apologize to Ms. [redacted] for anything that she felt she was lied to about or any way that she felt she was mistreated. We have researched the conversations our employees have had with her and feel confident with our internal resolution.

Repair/Service Complaint in regards to a recall & tiresI purchased my 2012 Dodge Durango from this dealership brand new off the lot. I have been back several times for oil changes & regular service. I have never been dissatisfied until the past 6 months to a year. I began having problems with my tires after I purchased a full set from them in May 2014. Not long after my vehicle began to ride different, there was an audible "whomp" noise while driving & it felt to be out of alignment. I took the vehicle back several times & told the service desk that something wasn't right. They assured me they checked & that nothing was wrong & that they rotated & aligned them. This continued for several months & after them telling me the last time I was there that I had a bent rim & needed to pay $300 for another one (which I did not do), I decided to go to another dealership & was told that my tires had not been properly rotated/aligned/balanced. I had to spend an unexpected $500 for 2 tires even though I needed all 4 because I couldn't afford all 4. Paying the $500 has really put me in a bind with other bills. The mechanic showed me my tires & 2 of them were completely worn down on the inside & you could see the silver threads shining through. And my rims are perfectly fine! Also, I took my vehicle in September 2015 to said dealership for a fuel pump relay recall & they fixed it for free, or so I thought. A couple of months after they replaced the fuel pump relay my vehicle it began cutting off on me randomly. I would be driving down the road & it would cut off, but mainly when I came to a stop. This happened at least 2-4 times per week since January 2016. The other dealership took a look at it & when the dealership in Garner replaced the fuel pump relay instead of sautering the wires they used excessive amounts of electrical tape. There here have been several times where someone had almost rear ended me because of this. I have 2 small children that ride with me quite a bit & I am on the road with my job Monday through Friday. Because of the tire issue & the fuel pump relay I could have had or caused a fatal car accident at any time & absolutely nothing could have made that any better. I still need 2 more tires & will get them as soon as I can afford them. I am sure if they would do this to me they would do this to someone else. This is a safety issue & an extreme concern & is highly unacceptable!!Desired SettlementI want said dealership to apologize. I want a refund, 2 new tires at no cost, & for the rest of my vehicle to be paid off/cost written off. This is highly unacceptable!!Business Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted]Contact Phone: XXXXXXXXXXContact Email: [redacted]@capitalcjd.comCALLED CUSTOMER LEFT V-MAIL X-XX-XXXX @ 11:16AM TO DISCUSS A RESOLUTION IN THIS MATTER..Consumer Response A resolution was reachedFinal Consumer Response

I took my truck in to be serviced for the wireless control module to be fixed. After picking up my truck it was in worse condition than before. The wireless control module or (WCM) had failed in my car. The car had would crank up but immediately cut off. So I proceeded to get my car towed to the Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership in the complaint. But before towing my truck into the dealership, I was aware of my jeep condition, having it checked out before making the trip to Raleigh from Wingate, NC which is approx. a 2hr and 30 min. to 3hr. drive. I was told that I had a leak in my radiator hose which was causing it to leak coolant. **so that I needed to replace my brakes and rotors asap, but it shouldn't be any problem driving it. So before leaving I had gotten my oil changed and other gauges checked out again. Which the power steering fluid was full but there was a slow coolant leak, so I proceeded to put more coolant in my tank. Which the next day I proceeded to drive to Raleigh with no problems at all, and my truck rode smoothly as always and made it to Raleigh with no problems. So when the (WCM) went bad, I took some time to do some research and notice a lot of similar complaints that other individuals stated with their Jeep ranging from ** to [redacted] and Jeep [redacted] Which my first thought was why isn't this a recall with so many individuals having this problem. Which I did call Jeep Chrysler call center and they stated it was a recall on my [redacted] Jeep [redacted] and other Jeep models. But the recall was related to another issue, but did involve the car being shut off, which to me both problems was related to the recall and normally where there is smoke there is fire. But my car was towed in to the Chrysler Jeep Dodge Shop with no leaks visible. So after leaving the shop I received a call from [redacted] stating my (WCR) had failed and needed to be replaced ($420 rear pads and rotors and $470 for front pads and rotors), Power steering pump($580 W/ New Reservoir)which was mind boggling to me being that I had gotten my car checked twice and never was a power steering fluid issue stated. So I told [redacted] to proceed to fix my WCR, and that I would be in on Sat. to pick up my Jeep, which in my mind thinking he was wrong about my power steering and if their were an issue it was a small one. So picking up my truck Sat. I noticed that my steering wheel would not turn left or right without a hard turn and immediately knew I had no power steering fluid in my car. So I immediately went back into the service shop and stated the issue, so upon speaking with ** the general manager he stated to put some power steering fluid in car and proceeded to turn it left and right and stated that the noise you hear is the air that has gotten in the system and will eventually cease. So I proceeded to get in my car and drive away but within 3 min. all the power steering had leaked out of my jeep and was a very dangerous situation driving on the interstate with the jeep unable to turn. So I stopped into an [redacted] and purchased some Power steering to pour in my jeep to get it back to my girlfriend house. Then I proceeded to call the shop to state the situation to ** but was told he had left for the evening. So Monday I called and talked with another manager and was told to bring it back in. After bringing it back in I was told that the leak had occurred before the shop worked on the jeep and that if I wanted it fixed it would cost me another $580 to get it fixed, after just paying $687.58 for the WCR. So of course I was frustrated being that my power steering was not leaking until leaving it with the shop and now a major leak...?? Which is my reasoning for the complaint and knowing that an unlawful crime was committed here by the Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Cr # [redacted]Desired SettlementI am seeking the replacement of my Power Steering Pump w/new reservoir to proper restore my Jeep in the condition it was in before the shop inadvertently or intentionally caused my power steering pump not to work, as well as the loud noise it is making.Business Response Mr. [redacted] vehicle was towed in to Capital CJD on 1/26/15 for a concern of the vehicle starting and then cutting back off. At that time the vehicle was not driveable. The vehicle was assigned to a technician and the technician proceed to diagnose the vehicle. On 1/26/15 at approx. 2:45pm the vehicle was pushed into the shop by 3 technicians. Upon pushing the vehicle on one of the technicians noticed a leak from the vehicle, he actually almost slipped on the fluid that was coming out from under the vehicle. Once the vehicle arrived in the stall the technician went back through where the vehicle was pushed through the shop and checked the fluid on the ground that had leaked and noted it to the technician working on the vehicle. We have cameras in our shop that recorded all of this. We advised Mr. [redacted] when we called to inform him of what was wrong with the vehicle. The technician noted the vehicle has a power steering leak and we are unable to locate the leak until the vehicle was running. Once Mr. [redacted] approved the replacement of the WCM and the vehicle was running the technician checked the power steering leak and found the pump to be leaking. We advised Mr. [redacted] the pump needs replacing and he declined the repair. We also noted this on his invoice for him. After Mr. [redacted] contacted me I told him he could come back by and I would check it with him. We showed Mr. [redacted] the leak and the notes from the technician. The repair on the WCM is an interior part and were not under the vehicle making any repairs. We have an ethical shop and we do not create work or run a business to make people buy more work. We report our findings and advise them accordingly. We also have cameras in the shop and around the building for security purposes that record all footage. I offered to repair the vehicle at a cost of $580.00 in which he declined. Capital is not responsible for the failure of Mr. [redacted] power steering pump.
