July 7th, Customer: "I will drop this for the return of the $you offered" Me: "In that case, send me a letter showing that the charge has gone through since I know you already talked to VisaOtherwise, I will wait until the end of the month and then send you the check." Customer: "I will send the letter but not sure when billing will go through-sometime in the next weeks I would suppose" This was via e-mail on July 7th, I'm currently waiting for the letter from the customer so that I can send her the checkShe initially went through Visa to do a chargebackI need to make sure she's not taking $+ the $that I offered her.Sent on: 7/24/7:56:PM

(Please see attached for full response)On October 9, 2017, our customer contacted Bridgecrest to discuss his credit report, as September was marked late for being days past due at the end of the monthWe advised we would have our Credit Bureau department review the situation, which may take three to five business daysThe Credit Bureaus department explained the mark denoting the customer was affected by a natural disaster that is being added to all customer’s credit reports affected On October 16, 2017, after review of the situation, Bridgecrest reached out to our customer to discuss his concernsBridgecrest apologized for any misinformation and confusionWe advised we would remove the late mark for September as a customer service gestureWe advised it would take to days for the update to reflect on his credit historyOur customer accepted and the call ended on amicable termsA credit correction letter has been emailed to our customer and attached for reference
