This company called my mother for whom I have not lived with for over 30 years and got her upset stating that my charges were being filed against my social security number and others and they needed to speak with me or the other parties. They also stated they were with the [redacted] County Circuit court. She in turn contacted me with a case # and phone # to call. I told her I did not personally know the other parties involved and had no clue as to what the situation was about. I phoned them and they said that my husband's ex-wife had used our names as references and my maiden name. I informed them that I did not know this woman nor where she was. They stated that the court order could not be changed and that they were in the process of picking her up. I told them to speak with my husband on the matter. I gave him the name of person to contact - [redacted] ###-###-#### - and he spoke with them and told them not to bother me nor my family again in this matter. We have not contact with this woman.
