I was buyer of property and deal fall through and my deposit money held in escrow account.
In Pennsylvania realtor standard agreement sale paragraph 26(c) which I signed for contract
it explain that if no dispute after 6 months buyer can recover deposit money.
seller initiate lawsuit within of 6 months but case closed November 18 2019
I requested Cardano realtors for releasing of my deposit money December 5 2019
Cardano realtors hasn't released my deposit money as of yet Febuary 6 2020.
Cardano realtors also involved lawsuit with seller. realtor company shouldn't involved
escrow money , as in contract, only seller and buyer went through mediation process.
anyway all that case is over . without legal supporting Cardano realtor held my escrow deposit.
Cardano realtor violated standard agreement of sale contract which ten of thousands peoples using
every years.
