Review: I ordered furinture from [redacted] that was supposed to be delivered by 9/08/2014. On 9/03/2014 The furinture arrived at [redacted] and by 9/8/2014 they had not called to schedule so my wife called and set up a delivery for 9/15/2014 between the hours of 10am-2pm. I made arrangments for a family member to received the furinture. At 10am [redacted] called to say they couldnt fit the item on the truck and they wanted to deliver the next day.

[redacted] rescheduled the delivery for 9/16/2014 12pm-4pm. I arranged for the same family member to received the furiniture. When I got home my family member advised the furinture had not been delivered. I called [redacted] and they did not answer. I started calling [redacted] who subcontacted [redacted] and they were not able to get them on the phone either. I have left messages and called multiple times with no return call.

I called [redacted] and they have escalated the problem to try and get the furinture delivered.Desired Settlement: I want my furinture delivered this week and to be treated professionally.

Review: They missed my delivery. I left multiple phone calls no returns. I took a day off work just to be available. Their delivery window was from 8:30 - 12:30. No call until 12:45 claiming they weren't coming. They said I didn't have to be around for the delivery. Right I have furniture being delivered. What leave a 5 pc table set on my front porch. Come on what are they thinking. Total losers. FYI. [redacted] uses this group.Side note. [redacted] checklist required me to be on site for the delivery. I'm not the only one who's had this issue. Check the [redacted]. Also this company is used by [redacted] did a great job at trying to rectify the problem. But again Jantt Trucking wasn't returning their calls either.Desired Settlement: Just inform the public about this company

Review: I purchased furniture(Sofa and Loveseat)from [redacted]. I was told because of the area that we live in, they would need to contract a separate shipping company to deliver my furniture out of Richmond, VA. I was given a delivery estimate of the week of August 8th. My husband and I began to receive phone calls from "[redacted]" regarding our order and to confirm the deliver date of July 28th, 2014. We started to receive the phone calls as early as July 18th and received our final confirmation call on July 27th stating that our furniture would be delivered Monday, July 28th with a window time of 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. by Jantt Trucking, LLC.Monday morning we received a call that our furniture would not be coming due to a truck not being available. They changed the delivery date to Tuesday, July 29th with the same time window. Irritated but understanding that mistakes happen, I comply. Tuesday comes and our furniture is never delivered and we never receive a call from "Jantt Trucking". I call the company (whose telephone extensions do not work)to a woman that stated they called me (my husband nor myself received a call) to say the truck was too small and they would deliver the following Monday, August 4th. Frustrated (because of the time we took away from our work to be available for the 4 hour window), I called [redacted] and all they could do is call on my behalf and send me a gift card. I called Jantt Trucking back and ask for a supervisor. She never called me. I tell "Jantt Trucking" that I will be waiting for my furniture on Monday, August 4th. Monday, August 4th arrives and we never receive our furniture. I call the company very upset and the woman said she would make sure it was delivered on Tuesday, August 5th and would call me back that same day to confirm. She never called. My furniture is STILL not coming today (August 5th). They said they will be sending it tomorrow (with attitude) but I am no fool, I know they wont. I could never get a hold of a supervisor. Awful and terrible business.Desired Settlement: I know that I will never be compensated for our time and work loss. I just want my furniture. I paid a lot of money for my furniture AND shipping to receive such poor customer service. I have read other reviews online from people who have had similar experiences. I do not think they should be in business and I would like to be refunded for shipping. God forbid something be wrong with the furniture. They keep telling me the same thing every time I call and I just feel helpless.

I received my items from Janett Trucking LLC, however, they are a terrible company and it should be addressed. I will never order from [redacted] again due to their contract with this company.
