Review: Carlisle was the broker for insurance I carried on my business. I canceled the policy for I no longer needed it. I am due a refund and additional monies due from an yearly audit that was done on my account. When I contacted my agent, [redacted], repeatedly about this issue, I was given numerous reasons that did not prove to be true. During my last contact she stated she would figure things out and let me know. To this date, I have not received an answer.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate what I am rightfully due and have been requesting. First, a full accounting of my policies and how the refunds are calculated and second all monies due from the cancellation AND audit of my account.
