I am rejecting this response because: We were definitely NOT told the carpet should be replace before cleaning. [redacted] said that only after my husband called to complain the following day. [redacted] was not present when the conversation before cleaning took place. He was on the phone in his van. I chose this business because it was Revdex.com accredited, and I'm concerned that my husband is being accused of lying.
