RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. No One has ever come here to investigate. On 2/22, their Maintenance Man was here to caulk a huge crack in the wall that I reported on 12/16/2016 & heard the noise. The noise is from apt. 702. I've seen a huge black mark, on the shared wall, behind his recliner & the guy is well over 300 lbs. There's no noise between 12 AM - 8 AM in the living room, nor any noise when I know Mr. [redacted] (702) is out. On Feb. 15th, while @ the VA Hospital I saw Mr. [redacted] @ the VA pharmacy. It's about 1 mile from here. Mr. [redacted] is on a scooter. I got a ride back & there was no noise until about 1 hr. later, which is about the time Mr. [redacted] would have returned. I'm going in for major surgery on 3/24 & won't be back until the end of the month. They say 5-7 days of recovery. I will be able to monitor my emails but don't know about replies. Regards, Ralph Zabinski
