I went to this companies ATM machine he deducted 200.00 from my Social Security loaded MasterCard and did not give me the money on Dec. X XXXX. On Dec. 3, 2013 at the [redacted] Check Cashing [redacted] BLVD Raleigh NC I submitted my Direct Express card from social security and the atm deducted 200.00 from my account and did not give me the money. I then called XXXXXXXXXXX Carolina ATM and they told me to contact social security. It has been a week and no one is willing to resolve this matter. I have called them back and called social security but everyone is just sending me back to the other person/organization. She acknowledged this and has already talked with her bank and is waiting on her bank to supply her the necessary paperwork to get this issue resolved. I instructed her that we will do an audit on the ATM as soon as we receive the information from the disputed transaction.
