they received my return.  At the start of my call it said I was number 3 in the queue yet ut took 90 minutes for them to pick up.

Review: I returned a christmas order on 1/**/16 - this is the date they received it back by mail. I am still waiting for my refund and have emailed twice in last 2 weeks with no reply. I tried to call customer service and even though it is a business day their recording says they are closed and there is no way to leave a message. There are numerous complaints online about non-existant customer service and hours on hold with nobody picking up. A quick google search shows this company was recently purchased by Loreal? I just want the refund due to me for the items I returned last month. Over $50 worth of items.Desired Settlement: refund

Review: I have placed several orders with this company on their website. Since May [redacted], I have placed 11 orders which still say "in process" on their website. I have confirmation emails showing all of my orders were confirmed. They all say my orders should be shipped within two business days. Now the main problem is that I purchased all of these items during sales periods and all of the free items that I was supposed to receive which are in my confirmation emails are not showing up on my orders online anymore. They have not contacted me to let me know if anything was on backorder or if there would be a delay in any of my orders. I was told by customer service that they could not view my orders. [redacted] placed orders on the following dates:

On May **, 2013 [redacted] sent an e-mail into Carol's Daughter customer support e-mail queue inquiring to her recent order [redacted] (canceled). Senior Call Representative [redacted] responded to [redacted] informing her recent order has been cancelled. She asked [redacted] did she have a retail store. [redacted] suggested to her "due to you being a frequent customer of Carol's Daughter it might better benefit her to create a wholesale account with us.

[redacted] also attached the wholesale application and cover letter.

Additionally, [redacted] continued to place orders on the following dates:

[redacted] did not respond to the e-mail from [redacted] on May **, 2013 but continued to place multiple online orders. The total amount charged to her credit cards (multiple cards used) were $1,750 but she has received $3,656 worth of product. She placed a large order which caused her account to be flagged (larger order= order placed over $100.00)

[redacted] was sent a 2nd e-mail regarding the larger order instructing her to contact Carol's Daughter customer service department and speak with a representative which she declined to do.

On June Wednesday, June [redacted] responded to our email from May [redacted], 2013 stating she did not have a store and to say "I am having issues with all my orders since I received this email. She wanted to follow up on when she will receive her recent orders that were placed. She mentioned that she received a confirmation email on each one yet none have been shipped"

We are sorry the [redacted] has felt that Carol's Daughter did not contact her. Our intention is to have a happy customer. We were simply trying to get a hold of [redacted] to verify her orders and were unable to. We are happy to work together with [redacted] to resume the relationship and get her the products(s) she needs.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Review: I placed an order for two items on 2/*/16. I received a package containing only one of those items on 2-**-16. The invoice did not indicate that my items were being shipped separately, so I got concerned. I attempted contact with Carol's Daughter via phone on 2-**-16 and hung up after being on hold for over 30 minutes. I continued to receive automated updates that my call was # 8 in the cue. My # in the cue did not change during the 30+ minutes I was on hold. I then sent a message to customer service on their website explaining my concerns on 2-**-16. After a week with no response, I attempted to reach them by phone again on 2-**-16. I was on hold for about 45 minutes and my call was # 10 in the cue for the whole time. I then sent another message on their website on 2-**-16 to inquire about my missing item. I still have not received a response from them. I paid for an item that has not been shipped to me and I feel cheated. Carol's Daughter has not worked with me to resolve my issue nor have they acknowledged my concern. I did receive a email to rate my items, so I posted a review explaining my issue. I received an email the next day stating that my feedback had been reviewed, but that it could not be posted. If they can review and respond to my attempt to post a review, they could've responded to my customer service messages by now. I feel devalued as a customer and cheated!Desired Settlement: I want to be compensated for the item I paid for and never received. I no longer want the item (Almond Cookie Luxury Kit), as Carol's Daughter is not worthy of my business. I also want to warn others about the company. No one deserves to be cheated out of their money and disregarded by any business.

Review: I ordered hair products I didn't receive them I called carols daughter customer service they were very rude and nasty to me told me to contact ups for them to do an investigation and call back in 48 hours for a refund or reship. I contacted them and spoke with the Supervisor Jenine and she would not refund me she said they can do a reship. I don't want the products I would like my refund they were very to me.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund

Review: I ordered a few products from the Carol's Daughter website. I have done this before with no previous issues. This time, I got a call from [redacted] stating that I have to pay them $133 in order to retain my package. I asked them to break down the cost because it has never been that much before. Besides the obvious taxes and customs (which I was expecting and completely willing to pay) there was a $112 shipping fee. I was told by [redacted] ro contact the company with any disputes. Carol's Daughter refused to speak with me, instead directing me to the company who normally deals with international shpiping and they made me aware that there must have been an error because they did not handle my order. If they did, as it states on the carol's daughter website, shipping should have been $20. I called Carol's Daughter to tell them and they refused to hear the issue and said that it's not their problem and I have to deal with their international shipping company. Finally a third person from the International ordering company contacted Carol's Daughter on my behalf and they told him they had already contacted me to resolve the issue, which they had not. I sent them a 5th email describing my issue and forwarded the email where the gentleman told me he contacted them for me and asked them to please get in contact with me or I will have to contact Revdex.com. They have ignored my email and I know they are getting them as when I send them a short 'I am having a problem' email, someone will respond by telling me to contact the other company. Now I am being disconnected from their phone line and cannot get ahold of anyone. I would either like my order at the advertised cost, or I would like a full refund.Desired Settlement: Either my package with the aderided prices or a full refund.

I am not sure why they are refusing to resolve my issue. There is nothing on their website that states that I will be charged an additional shipping fee and I had them contact [redacted] to confirm there was an additional fee to which they replied that 'it is including customs and taxes and that it states on their website the customer is responsible for customs and taxes and refusal to pay will be a forfeit of my package/refund' I let them know that [redacted] said that customs and taxes for my package were only $15 which I will gladly pay for and that there was still a $116 shipping fee that is unaccounted for and they would not address that issue or answer me back I regards to this. lease note that my complaint is not I'm regards to customs and taxes. I will pay those for any order. The issue is that their website states that orders being shipped to Canada will be charged $20 for shipping which I paid when checking out. Again, the issue is only that there was an unadvised shipping fee and I would just like a refund for my order.
