Repetitive calls to complete my bamboo floor and always get an excuse I have tried since the end of last year to get this resolved.
In September 2011 I purchased my Condo from [redacted] in Western Branch. At my 11 month August 2012 inspection I showed the contractor the floor where it was bulding up. The came out and cut a about a foot rectangle size into my floor and said to see if that would help it settle. They fixed the closet floor in February 2013 and said they would come back and fix the rest of it. in April 2013 they came to look but did no work. Since then another inspector came out and said they would need to replace my hall way and a few other areas. June 2013 the product was ordered and shiped to my house. [redacted] came out and said that more boards would need to be replaced and that what they ordered was not enough. I called back and they said [redacted] was out of town and that he was the "only" one that could approve the purchase of more bamboo. I told them that I had to move and rented my place and needed it done before August first and no contact was made to me at all. My friend called on August 19th and spoke to the receptionist explaining the situation and said oh yes ** is the only one handling the sitation. Now I have tenants and nothing is still getting done. I called and spoke to [redacted] and told them I needed it done before the 12th and still nothing has yet to be done.
