main City trunk line to remove any dips and potential line blockage. We have had licensed plumber smoke test for internal leaks within his unit. Two leaks were found and he was told that he needed to have them repaired at his expense. We are not aware if he had the work preformed. The problem with the odor occurred after the [redacted] reconstruction of [redacted] was completed. We have the City backing up sewage levels in the City main higher than our discharge. This causes sewer gasses to vent through the unit vent stacks and cause an odor problem around the area. We have complained many times to the City and directly to the Mayors office and just get the runaround. It is our contention that the problem remains with the [redacted] and we are making every effort to have the City management correct the problem. We have made every effort to communicate our efforts to the complainant and we sympathize with him but we cannot get the City to solve the problem.   [redacted] President, [redacted]
