Auto Guard has exceptional customer service from start to finish When I initially signed up for the extended warranty the gentleman who assisted me was knowledgable and did not try to "sell" me anything He offered a product which suited my needs and would be best for my luxury vehicle As I am relocating and will no longer need the service, I was issued a speedy refund The ladies in customer service were prompt with returning phone calls and answering questions They extended every courtesy and made the transaction pleasant MrH, the owner, was so kind as to call me personally to ensure I received my refund check on time I don't know many companies that still make personal calls to their clientele I will definitely do business with Auto Guard in the future

Auto Guard phoned me and told me that my pro rated refund would be about $and they would send me a release to sign I haven't received it
I have previously sent you a copy of the contract I have with Auto Guard and made an informal complaint The owner phoned me and within two days had the pro rated refund on the extended warranty contract amount determined from (as he said, Interstate) An employee of the company said, ' a release would be sent to me with a post paid return envelope then a check would follow They have had adequate time to send this form and I have not received it I am trying very hard to trust Mr*** ***, AKA Chris Randall to do what they have promised me they would do
Additionally, the owner said he has been accredited with the Revdex.com for years, I see on your website his business is not accredited He probably should not represent that he is

received call from Auto Guard to take out mchanical breakdown protection.on Jan24,
I accepted with okay to cancel within days Cancelled by email 1-25- They sent special
form they needed and returned to them 2-9- They have refused to reimburse me Said I had
to cancel dispute with *** I did Then they said they did not request dispute Funds from *** were sent to Auto Guard on March 14, for the second time Auto Guard says they do not know
where the money is *** cannot send a second dispute Can you please help me get $(plus interest if possible) back on my credit card to *** THANK YOU

I went online to request a quote for a warranty for my vehicle (after some research) to Auto GuardCustomer service promptly contacted me, they were very professional and answered all my questionsAuto Guard then sent me a quote via email immediately When I called back, they honored the quote they sent meIt was extremely easy speaking to the customer service to purchase the warrantyI received my policy package a week later in the mail, my policy information was accurate to the quoted email Thank you!
