Great buying experience from a very trustworthy dealershipThe salesman Josh was the best I have ever dealt withI just wish there were more honest dealerships like these guys, a very rare commodity these daysI had bought the car sight unseen and had it shipped miles away to me in NJIt was better than the pictures and description, I couldn't be happierThank you again Josh!

My name is [redacted] and remember this deal very well...I have been with Cars Plus for many years, and our company has been in business years with maybe one complaint [redacted] approached me and asked to test drive my Dodge Magnum, he said he loved it and had to talk to his wife...Later that day he came back with the wife for a second drive...After the second test drive they noticed a noise coming out of the front end, so I then stated no problem I will call my mechanic and have the problem taken care of...I also asked them if I fix the problem do you want the car for sure, they responded absolutely, I then followed up with the process and wrote up a purchase order with his trade of a Chrysler 300...Balance after trade and received deposit was 4,603.00...I asked them what time do you want the car ready, they replied in the morning..I went out of my way for outside speedy service to have car repaired so that they could have car in the morning...I have a invoice paid on 2/4/to the Used Car Factory for the sum of and had the car back on my premises first thing in the morning I have a signed purchase order,paid extra for speedy repair, and told [redacted] that I would return the deposit money ONLY if the repairs were not done to her satisfaction[redacted] not once asked to drive car upon the delivery date, she insisted her money back[redacted] , business manager Cars Plus

Ultimately, I have to say, I regret buying my vehicle from DamsonThey sold me a new vehicle with a faulty steering control module that caused a persistent squeaking noiseI discovered this defect within hours of receiving the vehicleI asked three separate times, making two separate trips to the dealer location, to have this issue addressedRather than taking care of it, and of me, they told me to take it to a dealer in my own town One would like to imagine, now in their third generation of auto sales, the Damsons would understand the importance of customer service and satisfactionUnfortunately, since buying my vehicle from this location, I have discovered I am not the only one with similar issuesWish I'd known beforehandConsider this review as your heads up

Cars Plus in Lenoir NC is a wonderful place to buy a vehicle! I and my family have purchased vehicles from this dealership(If I am remembering them all LOL) I have never been disappointed in the professional, easy going sales staff and the great finance options and finance rates available at Cars Plus I have found all the staff/employees to be very friendly and honest The owner takes a personal interest in each person he meets The salesman I go through, Barry Laws, is terrific You will not be disappointed if you do business at Cars Plus

The business did offer to fix the auto immediatelyThey also told us if we were not fully satisfied the next day we would receive our money back NO PROBLEMThey stated they would have to fix the auto anyway just they would not have to do it so quicklyAnd possibly less costlyWe were NOT certain we would take the vehicle, and they assured us we could change our mindThey did say they only had the vehicle for days and had not had time to do a thorough check of it yetThey reiterated the fact that we could change our minds if we were not satisfied in any wayWe changed our minds and they are not holding up to a change of heart with a refund.They seem to infer that any time you try out and try to buy a vehicle you have NO CHOICEI was under the opinion that you had a chance to think it overIs that not the rule in our state of Wisconsin? You don't have the right to change your mind even within hours? I have always understood the used auto dealers have to allow you time to decide even if you test drive and change your mind within a couple of daysThese men are not doing that and they are keeping our money to bootMy husband is retired and I work only part time, I don't have extra $100's of dollars to squander because they hurried and don't like the outcome

One of the worst experiences I've ever had in car buying. Sold us a used truck without the final inspection and we told them we were going to the beach. Vehicle shut off on us while we were 3 hours from home. Once we got it home we took it to a tire center to have it inspected and they told us that it would be over a thousand dollars to replace parts in the driving system with breaks and everything. To top it off it has to be towed to get fixed BC its not even drivable and the dealership said they would only pay HALF of the costs???? How can people sleep knowing that they do this to people. Will never go back there again.

Review: On Monday February 2,2015 my husband and I test drove a car, we were interested in it. It needed repairs which the dealer said they would get done so we could test drive the vehicle again before purchasing it. They requested a $100.00 deposit to hold the car for us. They assured us if we weren't satisfied with the car for any reason, we would receive our deposit back, NO PROBLEM! My husband and I talked about it and decided this was not the car for us now. For several reasons. I called the dealer the next morning at 10:00 AM as soon as I thought they were open to tell them we changed our minds. They were NOT happy, but also not willing to return our deposit. I went there the next day Wednesday February 4,2015 again to ask for our deposit. They told me they have the right to keep the money due to us signing a contract with intent to purchase. They said they could even keep up to $200+, some percentage of the proposed sale price since we broke the contract and caused them to repair the car at higher than their normal expense.Desired Settlement: They need to call us and pleasantly give us our cash back.
