Our company has never been notified about any rush rates by brokerin our understanding and comparing all prices we getting cars for everyday, that price not even close to "rush rate"As a owner of a company I am ready to pay $to customer to solve that issueBut this is all I can do

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I was told that there were mechanical issues with the truckBut after a few days delay, I was told that the truck was in the New England area picking up other carsAnd since I'm guessing not all seven cars could be picked up on the same day, a schedule should have been available by thenThe problem is there was a delay every step of the wayEven the day when the car was picked up, it went from an original estimate of 11:00-12:in the morning to not getting picked up until 2:00pmAnd the day of drop off in Colorado, the time estimate went from late morning to actually being dropped off late afternoonAnd I WAS NOT being updated of the situationUnless I called to get a status update, no information was forthcoming.When I placed the order with Direct Express Auto Transport, who assigned me to Cars Inc., I had three options: Standard Price - $($to Direct Express Auto Transport and $to Cars Inc.)Expedited Price - $($to Direct Express Auto Transport and $to Cars Inc.)Rush Price - $($to Direct Express Auto Transport and $to Cars Inc.)Since I was under a tight time constraint, I chose to pay the extra $for the rush rateThere was also an option to include additional monies, which the Direct Auto Express Auto Transport website said may helpI included an extra $I therefore paid an extra $over the Standard PriceMy total price for the transport for a Rush Rate plus the extra was $($to Direct Express Auto Transport and $to Cars, Incupon delivery).If I had not requested the Rush Price and had I not included the extra $25, only $would have been due at delivery to Cars Inc($total price - $deposit).I’m not asking for a discount, I’m only asking to pay the price for the service I received, which was not anywhere near Rush or ExpeditedWhat I received was Standard Service, which would only have required that $be due at delivery to Cars Inc., for a total transport price of $The difference between $(what I paid) and $is $175, which is the amount I am requesting be refunded Sincerely, [redacted]

We were late for pick up a car cause our truck has a huge mechanical issue in New Jersey and we have all the receipts showing we were fixing itEvery day workers from a shop kept telling us our truck will be ready "tomorrow" and we were telling same to all the customersEveryone understood our situation but one customerI totally understand his frustration but that was something we couldn't changeAnd since car was picked up days later it is obvious it was delivered days laterEven same truck had issue with his engine on the road back to delivery and spent one more day in Illinois in another shopWe had more cars on the same trailer, we were updating everyone saying car will be picked up "next day" for 4-days.Regarding price, if you will check car transporting market you can realize that even $is not a high price, sedans cost $800-$from North East area to Colorado and I see no reason why customer thinks he overpaidFor a price of $he could have move his car to Illinois, Iowa, may be Nebraska in best scenario, but not to ColoradoCall us with any questions on [redacted] , ask ***Thanks
