they did the will for my father who recently passed. They did not advise him to give a signed original copy to the executor and the will was lost or stolen by a non-beneficiary sibling so the will was useless. worse than that they do not keep copies claiming GA does not recognize copies in court which is totally incorrect. Personal legal plans are not attorneys they only take info and pass it on to attorneys who create the will. I advise against using this company for the above stated reasons. they obviously do not cover all the bases they should be. You should deal directly with attorneys when creating a will so that all bases are covered and an estate is not left in limbo like what happened in this case.

Due refund since September 2013A/c # XXXXXXXXXThe radiologists name is [redacted]I have been waiting for a refund of over payment from him since October 2013 in the amount of $143.27. I have been contacting this office since October. My insurance company paid this bill on 9/3/13 I in turn also received a bill & paid it again on 9/15/2013 for which I have the cancelled check. His office staff has repeatedly given him my messages, and I still have not received a response from him.Desired SettlementI just want my refund for $143.27 And an apology would be nice.
