I'm writing to you in reference to the complaint on 9/23/2016. The machine at the car wash got jammed and when that happens we hand wash all the cars until it's fixed. Her car was hand washed which usually cost $25, but the manager still refunded her $5. The manager is not supposed...
to refund money and since the machine was fixed she was more than welcome to have it rewash through the machine, but at that time she only asked for full refund and not to have it rewashed. We value our costumers and if she likes she can come for a free car wash equal value of 20.99 the price that she had paid that day.Thank you,Friendly Casa de oro Car Wash
Review: Today, after getting my car washed at casa de oro car wash, I noticed my front rims were scratched badly. Odd, considering I had not noticed before. Earlier in the day, I had taken my car to a discount tire located about 15 minutes from the car wash due to a flat rr tire. Upon discovering my scratched rims, I called [redacted] asking of the possibility of the incident happening there, or if they had noticed it previously. They responded no to both. I then called car wash inquiring of the incident. The manager (also the owner) told me to drive down. He was rude, short, and paid little attention to what I had to say. He claimed, again & again, he had video cameras proving they were not responsible, and the plastic alongside the chain pulling the car could not inflict damage. Hearing him out, I went back to [redacted]. They examined the damage, exclaimed the damage did indeed look newer, and wrote me a statement saying "new tire installed on rr no damage was found on hub caps prior to service." I then called back the car wash offering to take over the statement, asking for any, no matter how small, help I could get in replacing my hub caps. The manager refused to accept my statement, refused to offer any help at all, refused to hear me out as a customer. I informed him I would be contacting the Revdex.com, which he did not even know existed.Desired Settlement: Any compensation for now needed purchase and installment of new rims.
