On 8/10/15 at 2:40 p.m. Tutly came to the office with his balance due letter in hand and said he shouldn't have to pay the balance due because his work order was never addressed. t pulled up his work orders and told him that we do not have a...

work order for his tub drain, but I would be happy to enter a new work order. He became loud and aggressive. 1 asked him to leave the office until he can return in a calm manner.
On 8/11/15 Casa Del Rey's maintenance person, [redacted], went to residents' apartment to address the tub drain maintenance request and said we need to call a plumber.
On 8/11/15 Left voice mail for residents that we are calling our plumber for their tub drain and asked if we had permission to enter.
On 8/12/15 No response from yesterday's voice mail. Posted notice to enter on 8/13/15 for P.R. Plumbing.
On 8/12/15 Received notification from the City regarding pests in residents' apartment, Note: After reviewing our pest control log, pest control service was never requested by residents. Posted notice to enter for 8/18/15 pest control service, which was cur next service date.
On 8/13/15 P.R. Plumbing went to residents' apartment and reported the tub drain as working properly.
On 8/18/15 Big Foot Pest Control went to residents' apartment for pest control service. Tech knocked on residents' door, but got no answer. Tech entered apartment but found a rabbit running loose therefore could not treat apartment.
On 8/18/15 [redacted] came to the office to submit residents' 30-day notice to vacate.

Everything stated by business is an abject lie. Landlord brings the term slum lord to life.
I submitted 30 day notice on August 4th, and submitted requests for service on a monthly basis for entire duration of stay. never received any service, never received any calls, never received anyone at the door. Landlord has established history of fraudulent claims, established history of lying and manipulating low income residents.
