[redacted] We are in receipt of the above-referenced complaint. We are very dismayed by Ms. [redacted] assertions in her complaint. She has been an active and satisfied customer since 2015. We have not changed the terms of her agreement nor interest charges since the inception of the...

agreement. I believe that if I would have the opportunity to talk to her we can find out more about her complaint and reach a mutually satisfactory resolution. I am attaching a letter that was sent to Ms. [redacted]. I am not forwarding any of the account information to the Revdex.com since I do not have Ms. [redacted] authorization to do so. Once the authorization is received I will promptly forward the original agreement, statements and acknowledgement of advances. However, I am including a sample advance acknowledgment and statement which corroborates what was stated in my letter to Ms. [redacted]. Her desired resolution of us to close the account with no payment is a non-starter for us unless she can produce some documentation regarding her assertions. However, she is clearly unhappy and as mentioned we are willing to waive some interest on behalf of good customer relations. Bottom line, I think I can resolve this if I have the opportunity to talk to her. If you have the ability to reach her and give her my contact information, it would be appreciated.
