for a call about a clogged drainUpon arrival our technician determined it was
a clog in the main stackThe technician then had
to open all the clean outs to
drain the existing sewage that was still in the stack pipeAfter draining the
sewage he then had to snake the whole
main stack out to the street If the
customer used “*** *” to clear a clog after the factIt must have been an
additional clog in a trap or small pipe Because “*** * “ will not unclog a main stack lineIf the customer has any further problem with a clog in the main
stack we will be happy to assist them free of charge and warrenty it for one
year from the day of the service

Customer added a lot of additional work that he did not pay for during his renovation project to his home which is why we stopped progress on the project. The renovations that [redacted] from Catano Plumbing did was inspected and passed by the city plumbing inspector. Catano Plumbing has been in business...

for over 60 years and customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We would be more then happy to finish his project and customer can call our office to arrange a day for the two items that the customer wants completed.

 I feel the 1000.00 that the company took from my wife was way to much. I feel we are in need of a refund. This was not fare.

It would be great if the Business would base their statement on facts. I am shocked to hear that the Business believe that they did more work than we agreed and I paid for. We have a signed contract (copy can be provided if needed) and I have fully paid based on the contract; however, some jobs described and included in the contract are remaining incomplete. It would be great if the Business can clarify which extra job they have completed that I have not paid for! Regarding the inspection, there were items that were not brought to inspector's attention. Such as the fact that the valve for controling gas feed to a gas insert fireplace is made inside the fireplace hole and as a result, in case of accident, the only way to stop the gas feed is to completly take the gas insert out to be able to access the valve (picture attached). This was not shown to the inspector on the inspection day otherwise, I am pretty sure the inspector would not accept that. Regarding the attempt to call to complete the job, I have records of my numerous attempts (calls, voice messages, sms) to contact the business and requesting a confirmation of a date to complete the job and it spans through a month keep trying and trying and to date the job is still incomplete. So I am not sure why the business is requesting that I contact them again to arrange to complete the job. I have also included a couple of photos of the quality of the work done. Photos shows the plumbing done for two wall hung vanities and as a result of misplaced installation, we had to cut and modify our brand new vanities to be able to fit the drawers around the plumbing. Thank you,
