Our terms of service visible at https://catsone.com/legal/terms-of-service/ (Section 1 under Payment, Refunds... section) and agreed upon by everyone that signs up for CATS clearly state we do not give refunds for service not used, however we still refunded the customer's most recent charge as a courtesy.We would be happy to work with this customer and extend a new two-week free trial period to make sure he is able to log in and post jobs, however we cannot guarantee performance or results of the postings as we only allow an interface to post to third party job boards.Thank you,Tony [redacted], CATS Software
