resale , am not certain that cattlebros.com is responsible in this complaint yet in good faith I am sending a money order # *** in the amount of 150$ which was the fairest # we could come up with via on conversation last week on telephone Cattlebros.com offers a guarantee against freezer burn for months from date of purchase guarantee does not guarantee for taste & tender , yet if my customers do not like a product I sold them I will exchange for a product they do love & enjoy , not every head of beef is going to taste the same or be tender , I work extremely hard with suppliers to have consistent great product In the same token that I do not have control of what contractors buy & sell I do not have control of what areas they go to The reason I am giving refund is mainly that I did not make it to consumers in a timely fashion to amend & exchange products , for this I do apologize & hope that I shall travel that direction very soon I request that consumer holds product for no more than days from 3/24/, giving me the opportunity to see what product they recieved & if it is in fact a product I sold or sell so I may relay to suppliers complaint thank you sincerely *** *** ***.com
