Mrs. has a Improperly installed metal roof that has been patched in tar and in galvanized paint. I stated to Mrs. that the roof should really be removed to properly fix it. She stated that’s what the last contractor told her also. I was asked to fix the leak the best that I could without running up cost and not to take any roofing off (patch) that’s what I did and it lasted for over a year and now Mrs. is unhappy because the TEMPORARY fix did not last. I went above and beyond my quote and contract by re insulating the ceiling, drywalling the ceiling, and mudding and sanding so it would be ready to paint for her daughter. The amount owed according to Mrs. is a false statement and will be addressed outside of the Revdex.com. Mrs. had and has a full understanding of the work needed and what work was completed. Further more she was shown photos of the problems and was even shown physical evidence that is also on photo. Mrs. did not give me a chance to address the issues, we simply had a phone call saying she would like me to meet with her home insurance and would let me know when they were coming. Some time later I had a phone call from Mrs. stating she was taking me to court and was also reporting me to the Revdex.com and state attorneys office. I asked on what grounds and was told for to coming to fix the problem and not returning phone calls, I have had very little contact with this customer. To summarize the statements and allegations made to the Revdex.com by Mrs. are simply not true.
