Mr [redacted] never told us to turn water off for daysWe did keep water off for days so everything would be dry before and after sealingThis is not a water issue! I've had other professional advice+opinionHe told us we could move stuff back on patio after day which we didThe water came on the day after thatBesides water never touched most of the goo spots!

Every customer is NOT told to keep water off for daysWe were told to keep off for days as was other customers that had their patios resealed by Mr***They are *** *** *** and *** *** ***We were all told days!
In fact the picture Mr*** took of our patio was taken days after resealingAnd again only tiny area next to lawn gets wetWater not the problemThis has been substantiated by Mark Sherer from "Sparkle Wash".He said the work was inferior and Mr *** was unlicencedHe also said water not the issueMr*** never came back for a second coatWhat is that about?!?!
Also Mr*** said he would give us our money back if we signed a non disclosure noticeI have a neighbor that witnessed that statement. We signed the non disclosure notice and then he renegedI am still waiting for that meeting that Mr*** said he would be happy to have with the Chamber at my houseIt would be good for him to have his partners there tooI have been informed by the Contractors Board that a suit will be filed against Mr***

First every customer is told kleep water off for daysI have lots of customers that would be willing to verify thatSecond is yes the furniture and other stuff can be put back once the surface has dryed The days is to allow the sealer to cure internally completely, the surface will be dry enough to walk on but not repel lots of water.Third the fact that the pictures taken the day after the first coat was put down but before the second coat shows the patio wet Cement will allow water to travel under the cement and then be absorbed into the cement affecting the curing and adheasing of the, sealer Thus is what caused the problem she us havingLastly if her sptinklers,we're off even for three days as she states, why is her cement have water puddles on it the next morning as shown in the picturesIf she is,so sure that this is not a water problem we has she not gotten an expert to say so in a letter It would also have to be someone that understands how our sealers worksAn opinion by a customer who has no working knowledge of sealers and how they work with cement is not a reliable source. Thanks Again

With regards to the complaint ID ***, files by Mrs***. The letter provided by Mrs*** to you was not completely accurate. Not only did I respond to her complaint but I did try to fix the problem. I was
working for about to minutes when Mrs*** came out and stated this is going to take too long, how about a refund and we will just call it square. She also said the same thing on the phone prior to my coming there to try to fix the problem. This indicates to me all she wants is a free job. I finally got tired of her constant complaining and told her the problem was not the workmanship but the fact she left her sprinklers on after I specifically told both her and her husband that the patio cannot get wet for daysIt takes that long for the sealer to cure properlyWhen I arrived the next morning I found that the sprinklers had already been on from the evening before. The patio showed multiple signs of being wet as the attached pictures showGetting the patio wet prior to allowing the sealer to cure will cause a number of problemsAn adhesion is the main problem as well as bobbling which she is experiencing. It was after I had been there once to fix the issue I did state that I would consider a refund of some sort but would need to check with my partners. One of them is the supplier of the sealer and they all stated after seeing the pictures that we should not give a refund at all. I frankly agree with them. I do own controlling interest in the company, so the final decision is mine but unfortunately I do have to go with that decision. Especially since Mrs*** attitude and the things she has said make me believe that she is only interested in a free job. I will be more than happy to meet anyone from the Chamber at the location to actually see the job first hand I hope this answer5s any questions you might have. Please feel free to contact me should you have any other question Cordially

As stated before everyone is told days not three the patio was wet the next day after the first coat of sealer was put on I returned the second day to apply the second coat and the patio was wetHer simply saying something does not make it so Plus the pictures of the water ,were taken the second day when I returned to put the second coat of sealerI would not return three or four days later to add a second coat Please have her obtained some expert proof of her belief it was not water causing the problem other wise I can't spend any more time on thisBy the way I'm leaving for out of town tomorrow the 17th of April and will not be back for at least days maybe
